Return Policy

We stand behind our products. However, to protect the integrity of our store and keep prices fair for all customers, we have the following policy:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Item must be in resalable condition — no signs of use, damage, or missing parts

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earplugs — for hygiene reasons, all earplug sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all approved refunds to cover handling and processing costs.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Email team.elevrahq@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item in its current condition

We will review your request within 2-3 business days. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Quantity Limits

We limit orders to a maximum of 5 units per product. Orders exceeding this limit may be cancelled without notice.
