Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders to the United States typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Europe: 10–20 business days. Rest of world: 14–25 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50 to the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will have entered processing and changes cannot be made. Contact team.elevrahq@gmail.com immediately if you need to make a change.

Do the Blue Shield Glasses actually block blue light?

Yes. The lenses filter up to 90% of blue light in the 380–500nm wavelength range — the range most responsible for suppressing melatonin production and disrupting sleep cycles. The lenses appear clear because we use a targeted coating rather than orange-tinted lenses.

Are the earplugs reusable?

Yes. The Sleep Earplugs are made from medical-grade silicone and are designed for long-term reuse. Simply rinse with warm water and mild soap after each use. They come with a travel carry case.

Will the sleep mask fit me?

Yes — the Sovoura Sleep Mask has an adjustable elastic strap that fits all head sizes comfortably, including side sleepers. The 3D contoured design ensures zero pressure on your eyes regardless of face shape.

Can I use all three products together?

Absolutely — and we recommend it. The glasses are worn in the 1–2 hours before bed to reduce blue light exposure. The sleep mask and earplugs are worn while sleeping to block light and sound. Together they form a complete sleep optimization system.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer responsibility. Note: earplugs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our full Return Policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Email team.elevrahq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
